DISPLAYING YOUR POSTER

 There will be 2 dedicated poster sessions:

• Poster Session 1: Sunday, 15 February from 8:00pm - 10:00pm. Presenters can display their poster from 1:00pm on Sunday. Posters must be removed by the end of lunch on Monday 16th February. 
• Poster Session 2: Monday, 16 February from 8:00pm - 10:00pm. Presenters can display their poster from afternoon tea on Monday. Posters must be removed by the end of afternoon tea on Tuesday 17th February. 

If your poster is not removed by the above pack-up time, it will be taken down and left at the registration desk. Any posters not collected by the closing remarks on Wednesday will be disposed of. Velcro will be provided on your poster panel for easy display. 

Please note that we are unable to assist with the storing, freighting and packing down of any posters.

STUDENT POSTER PRIZES

Official viewing and judging of student posters will happen during the two sessions on Sunday and Monday night.

• Please ensure you are available to answer any questions during your poster session.
• Five $200 prizes will be awarded to the best posters. Winners will be announced after the closing lecture.
