PARENTS VIEWING ROOM
To accommodate delegates with children, the conference has set aside a family room in Heritage Room 3. The family room is equipped with comfortable chairs and the conference sessions from the plenary room will be livestreamed on screen. Board games are available for hire from the hotel reception desk. Please note that the family room is first and foremost reserved for families with children and therefore not a quiet room.
We are grateful to The Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research for offering sponsorship to this initiative, which will offer a significant enhancement of access for all parents at the meeting.
RETURN BUS TRANSFERS TO MELBOURNE
The bus will depart from the front of the Mantra at 1:00pm sharp on Wednesday 18th February and will return to Tullamarine Airport and then on to WEHI, Royal Parade.
The trip takes approximately 2.5 hours. Please be on time in order not to inconvenience others, especially those with flights to catch.
Remember to leave enough time for checking out before getting on the bus.

SETTLING YOUR ROOM ACCOUNT WITH THE HOTEL
Individuals will be required to settle their room accounts with Mantra Lorne by 10.00am on the morning of your departure.
