Check in and Enquiries

REGISTRATION DESK 

The registration desk is located in the lobby. Any enquiries can be directed to ASN staff, except those about accommodation which should be directed to the Mantra check-in desk.

The opening hours are:

• Sunday 15th February: 12:00pm - 6:00pm
• Monday 16th February: 8:00 am - 6:30pm
• Tuesday 17th February: 8:00 am - 6:30pm
• Wednesday 18th February: 8:30 am - 12:30pm

Please use the name badge kiosk to print your name badge. Simply type in your last name. Your name badge must be worn to all sessions and social functions.

If you are staying at the Mantra, room check-in opens at 2:00pm. You can leave your bags with the hotel until the afternoon tea break, and then if not already done, guests can check-in to their room and drop their bags.
