Dovetail Genomics provides advanced NGS solutions using DNA proximity ligation to generate linked-reads compatible with standard short-read sequencing. Their technologies support applications such as 3D genome organisation, structural variant detection, and haploid-resolved, chromosome-level genome assemblies.

For 3D genomics, our Micro-C and LinkPrep kits enable genome-wide interrogation of 3D chromatin conformation. Complementing conventional assays (ATAC-seq, RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, WGS, methylation profiling), we capture long-range DNA interactions that enables the direct linkage of distal regulatory elements (enhancers, silences and insulators) to gene promoters. This 3D genomic insight refines regulatory topology, crucial for interpreting gene expression and epigenomic data.
