I am an Associate Professor of Bioinformatics at James Cook University (JCU) and an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the University of Sydney. I lead a team that develops integrative workflows combining various computational disciplines with experimentation to address questions around non-coding RNAs, post-transcriptional gene regulation and cancer biology. I am a current holder of an NHMRC Investigator Grant (EL1).
