- This delegate is presenting an abstract at this event.
Hello. My name is Jeralyn Ching, and I'm a PhD student in the King Lab at WEHI. Originally from Singapore, I completed an undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences at Nanyang Technological University. My interest in the genetics of autoimmune diseases began during the 2023 InSPIRE internship at WEHI, where I worked with Dr. Hamish King to develop a CRISPRa system for studying gene regulatory elements. My current research focuses on understanding how non-coding genetic variants associated with autoimmune disease affect gene regulation in primary cells, particularly B cells.
